Retail Under 1620 S Michigan?

The past week I have seen them building something out near the garage of the 1620 S Mich building. Looks to have fitting rooms. Any ideas on what this is going to be!?  SUPER Excited!

It is a storage room buildout. It has been advertised to residents as a place to rent for their extra stuff, and it is unclear if it will be open to the public. Sorry to disappoint...we were hoping for something more exciting too!
